The Uptown Lounge If you were ever at a loss for where to hang out in the seedy area of Uptown before catching a concert at nearby Riviera or Aragon, you've finally got a place. First-time bar owners have completely renovated the Saxony, which took the term "dive bar" to new lows. In its place is a loungy room that's framed with tall-backed couches and a long wooden bar.
